Read the Bible or devotions every day     -   Learning the habit is more important
than the amount of time involved
Pray every day    -   A relationship with God (or anyone else) requires communication
Go to church and keep the Sabbath
Think about what Christ has done for you
Contribute to the Church whatever amount you feel blessed
Go to Sunday school     -  It's not just for grade schoolers anymore !
Consult a variety of Christian sources on radio, TV, and internet.  But stay away from
things that go against the Bible !
Listen to what the Holy Spirit is trying to say to you
Look for how God is working around you, and get involved.
Meet in small groups to discuss books of the Bible or specific topics
You come to know God by experience as you obey Him and
He accomplishes His work
through you
Do these things because you want to serve God better, not because someone
told you to.  Including us !

The Life Application Bible  (any translation)
The notes make the Bible so much more vivid !  They tell you how to apply the verses to  your
modern life.  It also tells you much about ancient life so nothing is lost on the modern reader.

The Case for Christ by Lee Strobel
Very good apologetics.  How do we know the Bible is accurate and trustworthy.  Archeological,
circumstantial, corroborative and medical evidence.  Fulfilled prophecies and more.

Ray Comfort again.   Go to 'Are you a good Christian ?' at either of the above two sites.  When you
see how badly you've violated the 10 Commandments, you see how badly you need Jesus.
